Thanks for the step 7 mod. I actually ran the apache installer (win32) with openssl 2.2.15 and installed directly on top of the c:\xampp\apache. It didn’t work until I made the change to xampp/apache/conf/extra/httpd-xampp.conf

had already tried just copying the bin files but not the other steps:P

now my server is a bit more secure ^^
